In 1994, Michael Britton “Britt” Moon began Brittland Properties, Inc. and today, along with his talented team of industry professionals has poised Brittland Properties, Inc. with an unparalleled reputation for home quality and craftsmanship, focusing on only the finest interior and exterior finish details.

Britt Moon has gathered 17 years of experience in various types of developments in the residential home and light commercial construction industry. He has real estate interests in three states as well as five counties in Georgia and with Brittland Properties, Inc. has managed the construction of over 200 quality homes. Previous residential subdivision projects included Watkins Woods (Buena Vista, GA – 15 homes), Stoney Creek (Fortson, GA – 20 homes), Boyd Branch (Upatoi, GA – 30 homes), Cedar Pointe (Upatoi, GA – 30 homes), County Line Farms (Upatoi, GA – 20 homes), and Franklin Creek (Upatoi, GA – 16 homes).  His current and upcoming development projects include Upatoi Glen (Upatoi, GA – 16 homes), South-Haven, (Ellerslie, GA – 30 homes), Brenthaven, (Fortson, GA - 45 homes).

Britt is a member of the Greater Columbus (GA) Home Builders Association and Columbus Chamber of Commerce and has recently been designated the prestigious honor as a Southern Living Builder for the Greater Columbus market.  A community advocate, Britt spearheaded the building of the celebrated 2007 St. Jude Home for cancer research.  Because of his dedication, the 2007 St. Jude home generated more cancer research proceeds than any other St. Jude home built to date. 

Britt’s focus on detail and quality, combined with an overall attention to process efficiencies, has enabled Brittland Properties, Inc. to develop and implement many of the most innovative building practices utilized in the residential home construction industry today.
